Desktop PC Software For Authors Simply connect the Walkabout 5210 portable to your PC or Laptop, using the supplied USB cable, and launch the Walkabout Transfer software. Click on the "portable" icon and view all voice files stored on the Walkabout portable-"Select All" or "Drag & Drop" individual files to your PC or Laptop.

Voice Delivery Takes On New Meaning
With the Walkabout Transfer software you can now easily send voice files-for transcription and review-over the network or the Internet through any standard MAPI compliant e-mail system. (MS Outlook, Lotus Notes , etc.)

Simply indicate the voice file, and address it within the Walkabout Transfer application, and hit send-it's that simple. Automatically you dictation is sent to your secretary (or anyone else you select) for transcription…or listening review.

You can just as easily exchange dictation with anyone in your organization over your network, by "saving" into shared folders. Or if you wish, pop the Memory Card from the Walkabout Portable and drop it off on your Secretary's desk.
