Secretary's PC offers complete transcription control. Manage files, sort files,
and change settings with the click of a mouse.
Walkabout Write software makes it easy
for transcriptionists to identify individual voice files, locate author
priorities, and organize dictation. Clicking on a column "heading"
allows sorting by any criteria. Also enter additional information and
descriptive fields that are associated with each voice file.
Combines desktop voice file management
software with an integrated PC-connected transcription module, ergonomic
headset, and playback foot control.
Document Turnaround
Transcription complete - simply click on "Send Dictation" and
Walkabout Write automatically links the transcribed file to the original voice
file and e-mails both back to the dictating author for reference and review.
Or just as easily "save" the
completed file in the author's network folder. Walkabout Voice Exchange makes
creating, exchanging, and managing dictation and transcription a fast,
