It's designed inside and out to provide you with all the conveniences you need for easy, flexible and productive dictation Coupled with the AS5000 transcription kit, typing the recordings from the DS5000 is as easy as double clicking the file within the DSS Player Pro Software. Playback speed, volume, auto backspacing can all be controlled from within the software, like the old tape machines; but now with more.

Besides making secure file management easier than ever before, it offers multiple file transfer options to suit individual requirements. Full Citrix and Terminal Service support is provided and it is compatible with POP3, SMTP, IMAP, Microsoft Outlook, Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes and Extended MAPI email environments. Moreover, SSL support for email/ftp is also included.
