Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We only charge your credit card after your order has been shipped. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States.
Note: Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order.

We also accepts money orders, cashier's checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

International Orders:
We can only accept Bank Wire Transfers for product payment to international customers at this time. Please contact us to arrange for international shipments and to obtain an accurate freight quote for your order.

Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement ( Portable DVD Camcorders are final sale). If you have any problems after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

• Refunds, exchange and returns may only be made within 14 days of purchase date.
• Returns are subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
• Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. For authorization number please call us at (718)836-6809
• Returned merchandise must be in factory sealed packaging" unopened box". Refunds will not be given for shipping and handling
• FOR COPY RIGHT REASONS, ALL PRODUCTS WITH LICENSED SOFTWARE ARE NOT RETURNABLE .
• We are not responsible for returned packages if its damaged or lost by the shipping company (Its the customer responsibility to insure the package with the shipping company).
•  Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. 
• All canceled Orders after shipping are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty concerns, questions or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

We tried very hard to ensure the accuracy of the product information in our store, we are not responsible for typographical errors or technical inaccuracies.
