The Included Transcription "Kit" is
designed to perfectly compliment the range of Olympus Digital Voice Recorders,
which record in DSS format.
There is no guess work deciding what accessories
you require or the risk of purchasing the wrong product - we've put it all
together for you.
Similar in appearance to DSS Player Pro Dictation, the DSS
Player Pro Transcription software also displays work Folders, Author ID's, Work
Types, Date and Time of Recording and Duration. In addition, the typist is also
provided 2 "Temp Trays" to assist with file management.
Folders and
Temp Trays can be renamed to reflect the workflow of the office or individual.
Downloaded files will arrive in the same folder from which they were downloaded.
Finished
work will automatically be stored in the "Finished Tray" these files
can be archived, transferred or deleted from the system.
