Upgrade your SpeechExec system to the latest version. SpeechExec Transcribe is a
digital transcription system specifically designed to make transcription easy
and intuitive. The innovative transcription software lets you easily and
efficiently manage jobs by displaying all relevant information such as jobs
marked as priority and each job's transcription status. SpeechExec Transcribe is
the sophisticated solution that simply lets you get on with your job. The new
version also supports the new 4- pedal Foot Control 2330 a milestone in
workplace ergonomics for transcriptionists.
With the new Smart Key licensing concept it is no longer needed to connect a
dongle during use.
Note: SpeechExec Transcribe 5.0 requires a Transcribe Smart Key
or a Transcribe license dongle attached to the USB port of your PC. For
installations older than SpeechExec Pro Transcribe 4.2 (version 4.0 and 4.1) we
recommend to upgrade to SpeechExec Pro Transcribe 4.2 first.
Warning: Installations with several SpeechExec users need to be
upgraded for all users simultaneously.

Hotfix for SpeechExec Pro Transcribe 5.0
build 420
This hotfix solves following problems
- Error message: "This VBR (Variable Bit
Rate) MP3 audio format is not supported"; MP3 files recorded with the
Digital Pocket Memo 955 containing index marks or caused by MP3 files
recorded with the DPM 955 where a section of the recording has been deleted
on the DPM 955.
- MP3 files properties recorded with LFH955
are not displayed correctly in SpeechExec Pro 5.0 after download.
- No playback possible in case a section of
a file has been deleted via LFH955 and has than been converted from MP3 to
WAV or DSS.
- No playback possible in case of a MP3 file
which has been converted to WAV or DSS and has index marks.
- Error occurs when trying a Firmware update
of LFH955
