They have competitive pricing and an easy to use website. Their handling
prices are a little steep, but not too bad. My only complaint is that
when I received notification that my package had been shipped I checked
the order status and under tracking number it said No Tracking Number,
(which it still says now after the order has been delivered) even though
UPS e-mailed me my tracking number then next day. They either need to
fix this field or remove it from the page. My initial thought when I saw
No tracking number was that they hadnt shipped the package UPS as
advertised. They had, however, and the package got here when it should
have. I would certainly shop here again. |

Ive always been a little skeptical about ordering on line but decided to
try A AAAPRICE.COM to order a Cassiopiea PDA. Their price was a little
higher than two other competitors, but they had it in stock so I bit the
bullet and ordered. Ordering was very easy and to my surprise, the
product arrived exactly when they indicated it would and arrived in
great shape. I have not had to use their customer service department for
service, but I did speak with a gentleman prior to ordering who was very
polite and answered all my questions. In my mind, good customer service
is THE most important aspect of any sale. So far, it has been a great
experience and I would recommend this company without hesitation. |

was the only one that offered the minidisc product that I was looking
for. Initial e-mail inquiry went unanswered. I called. The gentlemen
seemed decent and answered my questions to satisfaction. He even offered
to inform me that--since the product was a European import--that it
would not have a US warranty. The product came, brand new (as
advertised) and works fine. It smelled like cigarette smoke though. I
think the merchant included a power adapter in the box so that the
minidisc would work with US sockets. My one gripe is that I paid $13 for
ground shipping. And the package was only 2 pounds! Overall this is an
online merchant that I would trust again. |

I ordered a car power adapter
for a portable DVD player to use on a family vacation. On the second day
of the trip, the adapter stopped working so I gave AAAPRICE.COM a call.
They said they would happily exchange it if I would send in the
non-working unit. When I explained that I was on the road and concerned
about the exchange happening in time for our return trip, we worked out
a deal where I would buy a new adapter sent to my sister-in-law's house,
where I would be in a few days, and they would refund me when the old
unit reached them. Within an hour of our arriving at my sister-in-law's
house, the UPS truck showed up with our new adapter, and we were able to
enjoy our DVD player on the long drive home. Our account was also
credited as promised. They even handled the fact that I didn't have any
of the original packaging to return (that was all sitting at home) by
keeping the box from the new unit and sending only the adapter. It was
great to have them be flexible and come through in a time of urgency. |
