How do I return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problem you may have. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds, exchange and returns may only be made within 30 days of delivery date.
• Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number. To obtain authorization number please call us at (718)836-6809
• Professional hardware devices include a FREE advanced warranty.
ALL Nuance Voice Recognition Software IS NOT RETURNABLE.
• Please note: All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and all accessories. For this reason, units that have been installed, scratched, abused, or that are missing the original UPC code or the SERIAL number will not be accepted for return or credit.
• Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the item package.
• AAAPrice is not responsible for returned packages if it’s damaged or lost by the shipping company (It’s the customer responsibility to insure the package with the shipping company).
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
